Lost Saga

Lost Saga is a 3D fighting game that is casual and it is free to play. This game was developed in Korea by IO Entertainment, and was brought to the North Americans in 2009 from OGPlanet.

If you play the Korean version the characters are referred to as mercenaries, the North American version refers to the characters as Heroes. The mercenaries, or heroes, are divided up into categories. The Melee, The Ranged, The Magic, The Special, and The Premium make up the five categories of mercenaries. Players are allowed to buy the mercenaries from the shop in the game with pesos. The pesos are the currency that the player earns during battles. Players can also earn the usage of champions in two hour increments by reaching certain levels of game play. In the Korean version of this game, gold is considered the main currency while in the North American version the main currency is called Astros. Players have inventory places for each mercenary they are allowed to have. All players start with 12 spaces for mercenaries but more spaces can be purchased during game play.

There are provisions in the game play that allows players to swap between the mercenaries they have in their spaces, so they can effectively change their strengths and weaknesses as they go along. These changes can only occur when the mercenary that is in action at the time has a total of four equipped gears. Each mercenary can be outfitted in different gears during the game, this not only allows the clothing and look of the mercenary to change but it allows their statics to change as well.

There are nine separate modes of game play during the game, and there are numerous different maps for each mode of play. It is almost impossible to get bored with this fighting game.
